As of June 8, 2020, we are seeing patients for routine care again!

1. Please arrive on time, wearing a mask, and alone if possible. Please note that N95 masks with the air return valves are not permitted.

2. Call us when you are near (416-691-5757) or knock on the door which will likely be locked.

3. We will ask you the COVID questions again (fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, contact with anyone with symptoms/COVID, travel outside Ontario).

4. Inside we will ask you to sanitize your hands and you will have your appt.

5. Frame selection will be with your very own personal shopper helping safely. We have new procedures and stations for frame adjustment and pick-up (again, by appointment).

6. Everyone will be masked and staff will use other PPE when indicated.

7. Breath guards have been installed on all testing equipment.

8. Disinfection- if you touch it, we will disinfect it. This includes all frames that are handled.

9. Air sanitizers to kill airborne virus.
