It all started with a little virus…
called COVID-19, which has changed how we practise. Telemedicine has been invaluable throughout this pandemic, and we plan to continue providing remote care for both your convenience and for some infectious conditions, especially those that are potentially COVID-related.
You can request a telemedicine consult by phone (416-691-5757) or email (info.drrummell@gmail.com). We use the telemedicine platform doxy.me which is secure and HIPAA compliant. Telemedicine is not covered under OHIP for any age group or condition. You can submit your receipt to your own insurance company…some are reimbursing.
Send us an email outlining your symptoms, attach a photo if appropriate and we can advise if a telemedicine consult would be appropriate or if a visit is in order.
